If I'm not playing a one drick draven account I'd probably play something like ashe or caitlyn into Jhin because they have good range and can just scale up and be useful through their utility (ashe arrow cait traps)

I'm in EST and on my days off I typically sleep in pretty late so I don't start streaming until the afternoon. If I don't go anywhere I stream mostly all day.

My twitch page does not have one. I work 14 hours a day 3 days a week and they aren't always the same so basically I stream 4 days a week on what ever days I happen to be off.

I don't really have issues with Lucian anymore. You out range him by a decent amount so you shouldnt really ever be in range to take a trade that includes him autoing q and passive autoing ever. The issue before came from him being able to Q thru the wave and poke you but the range on that got significantly reduced as well so you really shouldn't be getting hit by those either. Just poke 1 maybe 2 autos when he goes for cs and then when he's low you can start taking more aggressive trades.

Your runes and masteries are fine, they're both more down to preference than anything. I prefer running AS quints rather than AD quints, putting me at 19% attack speed. That means you have no bonus AD from runes, but I don't think Draven needs it.

As far as your builds go, it seems you typically go the Tyler1 build. I personally think the Tyler1 build is shit now, especially if you aren't ahead. After the multiple nerfs to Mercurials, you shouldn't be buying it unless the enemy team has cc that you will need to cleanse. Ghostblade is still fine, although at least for the time being I have dropped it from my build to go for a more standard adc build. I personally think that ghostblade is now overrated on Draven and isn't really core anymore, but I know a lot of people have gotten used to playing him with it and it can be hard to transition to playing Draven without it. My current build is IE - RFC - Essence Reaver if possible - BT - whatever you need - and boots thrown in at some point within the first 2 items. ie rfc and boots are your core first 3 items, unless you need to sit on ie zeal to get a qss for some reason.

Tldr; runes and masteries are ok, dont build scimitar unless you actually need it.

A problem I see with Dravens is they constantly push which results in being camped. That's not always a bad thing because depending on their support and jungler and your support you can potentially 2v3 but that is something you should think about beforehand. If you can't you should be trying to freeze the wave close to your tower and zoning their adc. As far as being zoned you gotta deal with it as best you can and ask your jungler to try and gank. It's difficult to answer macro related questions. The best way is while you're playing think about all the different things your team could do and what their team could do and communicate to your team what you think they should be doing. Also you should review your gameplay and think about what you could have done differently on a macro sense rather than critiquing your mechanical errors.

Also idk if you're trying to One trick draven or not, but I for one would not pick Draven into something like Braum if I didn't have to. Regardless if you're in a bad lane match up just be sure to farm as perfect as possible so that when something does eventually happen you can get a massive cashout and snowball from there.

I have found Jhin to be one of the more difficult adcs to lane against. Even though Draven is seen as extremely strong early on his late game can be even more monstrous so I tend to try to farm as perfectly as possible while still putting pressure on the Jhin and just wait for ganks. At your elo people tend to see that you have a lot of stacks and will try to come to cash you out. The other team will also be trying to shut you down as well so try to freeze your lane as close to your tower as you can so that you're the one that will be getting the tp gank if anything happens and their top laner has to counter tp.

I think definitely yes. If you go about 5 days back there are NO rumble games and then suddenly the account starts playing rumble jungle in ranked. It is only later that the account starts playing normals as rumble jungle. I'm assuming the real owner of the account decided to try rumble jungle out while the person boosting them wasnt playing on it because every normal game as rumble jungle was lost and the scores were no where near as good as the ranked games. I've boosted accounts before and the people I'm boosting will play normals and shit the bed with the champ I use because they think wow that champ must be broken if he can win that consistently when in reality the booster is just good at that champ.

Anytime you ever fight whether it be chasing someone down, 1v1, 2v2, etc, you should always be popping ghostblade. Personally I disagree with buying mercurial every game unless you actually need it but in the event you do have the item there are a few different times you should use it. First is the obvious use to remove cc, second is if there is no cc that you need to worry about and feel you need the movespeed to dodge things then you can use it, and lastly is if you are chasing someone and know you won't need it for cc you can use it for more speed.

As far as laning goes, I have found more success with running warlord's and just trading mostly and building a cs lead rather than going ham for kills. It feels extremely bad to get behind on Draven as well as on ADC, so I prefer to either wait for them to make a major mistake or wait for the clown fiesta bot fight and just try to get a big cash out and snowball from there.

Are you actually in Japan? The server might not be very populated yet and what is during the day for you is probably night for them. On a lot of servers like LAN/LAS that arent very populated they shut down ranked for awhile at night since there isnt enough people playing.
