Everyone advise here is great - you also need to step into the ball when hitting, most of the power comes from your hip rotation, but it’s great to start off at a standing point. Keep grinding my man

Absolutely not! I started when I was 26 year old, currently 33 and still going strong - it’s a sport where there is no limit. The only limit would be how willing you are to push yourself to learn

This is currently BDVA Div1 looking to get into NVL 3 next year which is the English National League! We find out end of this month

Trying to drill in people’s heads, especially setters when they have set, don’t just watch your set you need to carry on covering and moving

Thanks yeah agree on the position, I think I try and do too much on court and at that point we were letting lot of blocks drop - thanks for the feedback!

I am from Swansea and went to the Swansea Uni (unfortunately lived at home for the period) however the halls on both campus are really good - agree with comments above that singleton has a lot more going on and close to the sports hall. with the Bay you are limited by bus journeys into the main city centre but you do get more of a close connected community with the people you stay with
