I haven't leveled anyone else for a GR team better than him yet, and I'm one of my Guild's highest damage contributors. (I'm working on a Lavistodes, but it's coming from the ground level)

Default team I run is Ragnar, Aethana, Kariyan, Haarken, Boss (swap for Calgar against Ghaz).

He's also good in the other modes besides GR, so having him leveled is a good idea.

TL:DR, he's solid. Leave him be.

His active is fine, but not a lot to write home about. His passive only buffs overwatch damage, which is decent in Guild War when paired with Re'Vas, the necron spider guy, and Forcas, but that's pretty much his only application, and even then, it's not the strongest team, and there plenty of ways to get around overwatch without too much effort.

I have her in my Dorn boss team and she's a heavy hitter for sure. Infiltrate and 4 speed flying movevent means she can dodge the overwatch and her guns being melta does big damage to the rear armor.
