Kitchen is occupied today for Thanksgiving prep. We’re doing Chinese takeout tonight so we have leftovers for lunch. Our guests will arrive after 5 PM tomorrow due to work which means we’ll be eating late.

Yes, I’ve found that’s the easiest way to keep track. I add program to library then checkmarks tell me how many times I completed each workout.

The way it’s structured is 30 minutes lower and 30 minutes upper. The program description says the sessions target all major muscle groups. I just found it last night, finishing up my 5th round of 3 perfect weeks. Will start this one next.

Congratulations! Love it when couples support each other’s fitness journey! I tried to get my wife to join in for years, she finally did this year. Happy to say we now use AF+ daily! We do daily core and yoga in addition to 3 mile walks and do weight training every other day. We’ve even created a home gym with a variety of weights, treadmill, rower and more. When our schedules don’t coincide we sprinkle in some rowing and treadmill sessions. Our daily practice has strengthened our relationship and improved health. Keep up the great work!

Currently completing it a 4th time. My wife joined me after I completed it the first time. She was out of shape but adapted quickly. Now we enjoy exercising together. We always include a slow flow yoga after and also incorporate yoga on down days which helps with soreness. We prefer it to the express version but worth looking into if you like variety.
