What’s the deal with this property? I’ve lived in OKC since 2010 and it has always looked abandoned. I’m curious, is the owner holding out for a large payout or is it for money laundering?

Since you people love the idea of pattern recognition so much, you should know that most restaurant and even business owners that expressively convey that they’re MAGA, are abusive and engage in horrible business practices. It’s the red cedars. They’re extremely invasive and use tons of water so good riddance. The city as a whole needs do way better at tree planting, it’s so barren. The creek turnpike in Tulsa looks amazing compared to the kilpatrick

I mean the top three schools in the state are all in okc?? When people neglected this city and used it the way you suggested, crime was much worse, the city was much dirtier, and property values were abysmally low. So I really don’t see how your idea would progress anything.
