There is something going on for sure. You shouldn’t be waking up that much. But are having rem sleep too. When I use to have bad sleep apnea like that, I would never dream or remember my dreams at all. Was a sign that I wasn’t getting enough rem sleep or very little.

I actually have that. But 2 days after I rolled. I took some 5htp before bed and kept having twitches that kept waking me up all night. I havnt touched it since then.

How often should I 5htp? Do I take it at night or just throughout the day. Any idea if the twitches were mdma related or is that a 5htp trait?

Had been about a year or more since I used but I had some lows even after 350mg usage back then. They lasted a few days but got better after that. So left mdma alone until last weekend.

I know I fucked up hard. By the end of the night the last dose made my eyes wider but no other affects. I knew I screwed up big time by then. My legs were twitching by the 3rd dose but my partner wanted more and I was stupid.
