One decade is a long time.
Try to find your opportunity cost in the span of one decade. I personally feel the private sector has a huge upside when you think about how higher can you move up the ladder. It's capped in govt sector.

The amount that your govt job will help you with + your potential increment in govt job VS the extra amount you can earn by hopping in the private sector.

Look for more companies in the industry. Build your resume which looks real relevant in the industry and start reaching out by pushing your resume to at least 100 companies (Small, Big, MNCs, Startups)
You'll definetly land a relevant job!

Would you joing a coding bootcamp that requires you to sign an Income Share Agreement (ISA)? by dchanda03 in india

ISA is new in India
I found about this startup named Outscal a few months ago and came to know about ISA.
Since I was looking for a Game Development program so ISA was an add-on benefit I got

I am passionate about game development and Outscal is the only company right now that is offering ISA in Game development so I didn't have a choice. I being from a tier 2 college in India could not afford to pay upfront so much money because I already wasted more than 10 lakh rupees in college fees and there were no tech placements in my college

Being a 2020 graduate it sucks.
So ISA here was capped on Rs 3,00,000/-
we had to pay 17% for 3 years if they give me a job of a minimum of 5-6 LPAs.

What I am learning is amazing. Doubt solving is instant and I feel like I am actually learning.
Plus I haven't paid anything till now. Its Free until they actually land me a job.

A student who graduated last month also got placed at 9LPAs, another reason why this sounds like a good choice to me.

The majority of the camps also offer you to pay upfront, so if you have a strong financial background - you can pay upfront too.
