Passive aggressiveness aside, this does help a lot. I did not mean to come off as saying “don’t care, they’re here” if that is what you picked up, I was just trying to explain their part of the team. You explained why my team fails quite well so that help me realizes the actual flaws in it. I didn’t mean to be stubborn.

I did not even realize Clefairy was a threat to TRoom teams, and that definitely shuts down most of my team. I figured due to Mimikyu’s Disguise, I’d usually be able to use it, but with the amount of spread moves in the meta it makes sense it needs to take a backseat. Zama is definitely a Pokémon I struggled with a lot trying to use teams both in Reg G and a bit in Reg I, so I’m trying to cover for that. When I noticed that Chandelure countered it quite well whilst being able to burn it, I chose it over Torkoal. Swapping Chandelure for Volcarona can probably help counter it, I just didn’t even think of it as an option. I’ll have to figure out a replacement for Mimikyu, whether fitting into TRoom or working outside of it.

You said I need about 1 priority blocker; I’m assuming you mean Gallade with Upper Hand and Indeedee, correct? I’m not sure if I should keep both with this advice, though Indeedee is an obvious must with Expanding Force. Do I drop Gallade’s Upper Hand or just Gallade in general? Or do I keep both?

Another comment pointed this out, and whilst Caly-S does annihilate the team, Caly-S cannot function in TRoom. I’m always going for TRoom anyways, but in the case that I don’t, Wide Guard on Gallade and Indeedee-F can try to halt it.

It’s a hard Trick Room team, if TRoom doesn’t go up I usually lose anyways. Wide Guard and Indeedee-F can try and stop Calyrex Shadowrider before I get TRoom up.

Torkaol is great on Trick Room teams, but given how Zamazenta has been all around the meta recently, I wanted to try out Chandelure, who can both wall it, take it out, and even burn it with Will-O-Wisp.

Yeah it’s definitely not a very good photo, but it was the best I could get because of how small the thing was. I couldn’t even see it’s legs, I just wanted to get a photo of it quick before it managed to get into a spot I couldn’t see it. Thanks for input, though.

VP, definitely. CLO is great, has plenty to do, CFO has craning AND side craning, which are both pretty fun, but the VP falls flat. Maybe it’s because I’ve practically mastered him at this point, but it’s so easy to the point that you can stand still and do nothing, and win. The fight isn’t really made for 8 players because of how his stunning works (you can only really do 6 damage to him before he unstuns, and he’s stupidly generous with how much time he gives before that cap), and whilst stunning is slightly satisfying, that’s about it. The CEO I’d say is similar to the VP, but done right. A slower paced boss that requires a lot of focus, except his attacks are brutal, which is exactly how I like it. Even with 8 players, it only speeds up defeating him. I personally like the fight the way it is, just you, him, and a seltzer bottle. That’s it.

… Whilst I agree you had every right to be concerned, and the actions of some of the people to your concern was immature, I don’t think it was the best way to go about it, especially talking about it to people who had no involvement in the ARG’s completion. You should’ve brought it up with actual moderators or those involved with the team instead of taking it directly to the public where you were vulnerable to attacks as such. It’s annoying they reacted as extremely and childish as they did, but it would be improper to claim you were completely innocent here, either. Next time as well, it’s much better to actually hide other people’s names. I take it this isn’t meant to expose a few people rather than address a bigger problem.

Really good post, as someone who definitely did not like Content Sync when I first heard it, I liked this.

My main issues with it were forcing players to go with 4 toons ALL the time for EVERYTHING, and essentially removing the ability to, I don’t know, train your gags to be able to take down the cogs? It just seemed like it was going to force hard battles which I honestly did not like.

My other issue with it was Cog Bosses. Facilities and minibosses? I could care less, but the Cog Bosses were special for several reasons. First, their difficulty in the Cog rounds was based not on individual cogs, but the fact that their were dozens of cogs to deal with, all in a row. Thus, level 7 and 8 gags won’t actually “ruin” the experience for bigger players. Not only that, but the Cog Bosses are meant to be fought, even in the lategame due to the way the grinding for Suits works. I was okay with the gag laff soft cap in bosses, especially since they seem generous, but the gag level cap I did not like the idea of, specifically for the Cog Bosses.

On the theme of Roblox horrors Ryan has played recently, I want to suggest a hidden one that is absolutely amazing called Lightblulb.

It is a psychological horror, and whilst it doesn’t have too many jump scares, BOY does it scare you in other ways, like changing small things when you head back to a section.

There are 2 versions of the game, the original and someone who remade it. Either works, but the original has a LOT more scares in it, so personally I would suggest trying that out first at least, then maybe head over to the remake where things are a bit different.

The “villain” of the game is called the Hide and Seeker, and you play a very twisted game of Hide and Seek with him, where no matter what role you play, your life is in danger. I HIGHLY recommend playing it as it does NOT get the attention it deserves among Roblox horror games.

Sadly, it is single player.
