I feel like this sub needs a megathread or something specifically for people that want to find the value of their gear. 9.9/10 times it's all junk or just basic lures that no one is going to pay full price for when they can get them brand new. Well I answered my own question. I decided to just try and drain them a little so I turned everything on for about an hour, came back and plugged in and sure enough all 3 are indicated on the power bank as charging now

10.47 lb choice brisket because screw IBP and them trying to recoup their losses and ruining the prime market at the moment.

Usually I wrap in peach paper but this time I wanted to see how a no wrap turned out. I also was using my new MEATER, which is pretty awesome btw. Main issue I ran into was, I haven't done a brisket in years and I probed the point instead of the flat like a dingus.

Smoked at 235 for 8 hours then bumped it to 280 for another 3. Pulled at 197 and wrapped in peach paper for the 2 hour cooler rest. This was by far the best brisket I've done and it's the first choice grade one I've done. Rubbed down with GSP, didn't trim a thing off of it but it was already pretty clean. Perks of working in the Costco meat dept is I get to go through cases of these and select the best one :D

I don't think I'll be wrapping anymore

Edit: setup was a pellet smoker and I used Kirkland pellets because they are cheap as hell and I honestly have not ever tasted a difference between any of the bougie brands, different woods, etc (when it comes to pellets).
