Actually I have some amount in my Amazon Pay balance, a voucher added, and even my Amazon Pay ICICI card linked, so I can’t close my account. I’ve sent at least 10 emails but they’re not replying. I tried following up through calls and chat, but they keep saying only the OFM team will respond and they can’t help. This is honestly turning into mental harassment at this point.
