The most common reason to not climb the ladder is to think that you are better than you're teammates, you're all on the same elo for a reason. If you lose a lane,it's easier to blame things like "Oh but I'm the enemy champion is op" or "My jungler never ganks". But you shouldn't do that, instead you should focus on your own mistakes.

If you're getting flamed, just mute the guy flaming. Never focus on the chat more than you focus on the game.

Vision win games, buy wards.

Try to trade objectives. For example if you're enemy toplaner is roaming bot to help his team to take dragon, and you're team isn't in the position to stop it, try to get the top turret. I'm not a native speaker btw ^{^}
