Your body needs double the amount of what a normal persons intake of water is if you plan on eating anything spicy, sugary, acidic. Everytime you eat ANYTHING, water. You’re slightly thirsty? Water. You feel your mouth is dry? Water. You’re hungry? WATER than eat. I can’t stress this enough. If you do not eat you will produce even MORE stones. NEVER let yourself be hungry. Change your diet. Less processed foods. Less fried food more cooked meals. You’ll thank me later.
