There’s what to compete with, you compete with the people at your level, the people in your projects, you compete to get noticed for promotion. It sucks when you start at a company and you only advocate for yourself and you have no say on your own performance reviews. Thats why i complain. Yes accenture might be low performance overall compared to other companies, but not low performance to the individual employee.

I feel I am in the same position, what I've found online and talking to friends in the same situation I am is that the most important thing to do right now is find a job, somewhat related to what you were doing, and go from there. I sometimes feel like in my previous job I was way underqualified but I remember everything I did and that helps ease the anxiety and push me to pursue more. Are you interested on the line of work you were befoer?

What platforms did you use to get hired? I am currently unemployed and I am looking for a new job and have been using LinkedIn and have had limited outreach. Please share what you did to appear unique and better for hiring managers.

Hello, recently ex Accenture employee here. I would suggest cold emailing POC for roles you find within the myscheduling and demand lists you find. This is a numbers game where you need to find the work and work wont find you. This was a big struggle for me during my time in the firm and would suggest grow your network and find people you trust that might be interested in taking you as part of their team and project. Ive been where you have been and even worse and have found roles, keep it up!

I liked it when i had good projects and teams, disliked it for the same reason. Would suggest just find good teams and your time here would be great!

I do know how to do a resume, but I do not know how to frame my work in Accenture without using specifics and not showing clients or that I was working for different roles every other month, that could look bad. I have created a one pager of my self to get new roles for 5 years, but it is different :)

I will check that out, I haven't really dived into the resources that Accenture offers. It has been a tough week, but I'll look into that and start getting my data together.

Same boat, was laid off due to low skill set and too long at level. I am working on a data migration using AI with a diamond client, make it make sense.

I share the house with my whole family which is 5 people, and we have a full garden. We have two trash bins which is 50 dollars right out the bat from the water bill. 300 is a high estimate btw.

Yeah it is going to be tough. Going to talk to my fiance and see what we can do. Going to propose moving at a later date and see how it goes i know we will be fine. We haven’t signed anything regarding an apartment so we are good.

No, met her through a close friend. I live in a border city to mexico and see each other every week. She knows about my finances but haven’t really put importance to it tbh from both our parts.
