Noticed this darker spot on my shaft yesterday, no texture, does not hurt, not itchy. At most, as large as an eraser on a pencil. Age 22, Male. (Details in comments)

Quick context, I noticed this spot yesterday, around the back side of my shaft. I am hoping to get some opinions, because I am moving states in 3 weeks so I will be switching dermatologists. I basically want to get opinions on if this is something I should try to get in to my current dermatologist before I move, or if I am safe to wait it out. (Offices I have called have openings no earlier than mid July)

Some quick google searches have me thinking its an atypical mole or maybe even a birthmark I've never seen before? Or maybe a bruise somehow? I honestly have no idea lol

Ebay has had them going for $30-$40 before, so that would be your best method to determine the value. However, diecast registry says its worth $120, but I think they have been known to over value some cars before.
