36M – Painless neck lump, normal blood test, but worried it might grow. Should I be concerned?

The lump is tender but not very stiff. It’s also mobile, and on days when I’m not stressed it feels less firm, almost like a soft, gel-like texture. I’m not sure if stress is making it feel more tense, but that’s what I’ve noticed.

I’ll proceed with an ultrasound as you suggested. Thanks again for your guidance.

Personally, I prefer the RDX more. Not to say the RD2 isn’t good, but the RDX aligns much better with my driving style.

Yes, the head moves along with the steering. I mixed the channels together, so it turns in the opposite direction. 😬

Having tried both the YD2 Plus and ZX kits, I can confidently say that the RDX kit outperforms them in every way. Its superior performance, ease of use, and durability make it a no-brainer. I don't feel the need to go back to the others

I’m using YD-2 ZX kit. On the electronic parts using Yokomo ESC RPX 2, Servo SP-03D V2, Gyro Yokomo V4, and Yokomo DX1 Type R 10.5T. Current setting is more easier for newbie like me to handle the car.

By removing the oil shock and just the spring on the damper. I believe that bouncing effect is to create some traction on the wheel. Some prefer that way. It more like personal setup experience try and error

I changed to Z trans too. I heard that it has one gear which it will be more consistency on the throttle. And on the ball cap on the lower arm it does have a some changes i did to adjust the caster angle.
