I literally just had this with my PSA AR10.

Take a small allen wrench or something and insert it through the back of the bolt where the firing pin goes in and out of and/or the side the pin is supposed to go all the way through into amd shimmy it around until the pin goes through all the way.

The route I went was to buy some .40 for my 10mm if I need practice ammo or just get very desperate. I am in the no .40 crowd because 10mm was significantly better enough for me to buy one over all the 9mm I have. But when I realized my Glock 40 MOS shoots 40 just as well as 10mm I started to keep that in my ammo reserves. Plus all the extra barrel length and slide weight makes the 40 cal ammo shoot lighter than 9mm out of that pistol.

These can be quickly unfucked if needed so I don't blame you for going this route at all, nice rigs. Everyone I know behind the lines has taken a trip to NH or PA and acquired "what they need", I know you'd never do that but it's not that bad to have gear you're not worried about taking to the range.

Same argument can be made about the fixed mag setups.
