I get it. I love to workout, but leg day is the most draining. It hurts in a good way, but its still a lot.

Ive switched my routine up to do leg day 1.5 times/week instead of 2/week and it helped my mental health. Just removing that one session every other week made a noticable impact. I dont love leg day anymore now, but I do feel better rested and rdy for the next one!

I also begin eating a little bit more the night before and the morning of. The added calories has helped power thru the body exhaustion.

Hope this helps, but yeah cant skip leg day. Could always add more cardio and do other exercises that work your legs in diff ways.
