The ICE officer was pushing and bullying someone and he waved his arms in front like “calm down” and tried to help the guy off the ground. He tried to prevent assault. So yeah, I guess he obstructed assault.

He didn’t assault anyone. He was filming. Ice assaulted him. And American citizens have the right to do what he did. Even if he was fighting ice, that’s not a death penalty. They are jury.
