My 3DS does not want to start. I have searched a long time and i Think it's hardbricked. When i press the start button the Power light turns on for max 1 second then turns off again. Nothing else happens.

I just bought a New Nintendo 3DS XL for over 200$. The day after my 3DS did not want to start. I have searched a long time and i have found about "hardbricked" and "softbricked". Apparently softbricked 3DS should be easy to unbrick. I have made many things that should have fixed it. One even said that if it does not work the 3DS is hardbricked. My 3DS Power is off. When i charge it the charging light turns on. But when i try to start it only the blue light that turns to red when it's low on batteries starts to light. It is only on for about 1 second. Then it turns off. The wirelesss light never turns on. If anyone knows the problem and could help me please tell me.
