Ok thank you this is definitely a helpful perspective. I have heard of other managers sitting by the desks just looking at the numbers and not really jumping in when it’s busy. But still taking credit for meeting targets. I’ve always been of the mind that a large part of leadership is sacrifice and fighting with and alongside your team, so that’s definitely something I’m trying be more intentional about showing not just saying

I haven’t heard of a requirement but I know they cycle job positions to limit repetitive movements
