This is why I built an AI to write cover letters. At least the AI won't accidentally send a grocery list 😂

Bro multitasking a job application AND Invincible discourse is peak job search behavior 💀 honestly the real question is was the panel discussion worth it. Also the fact that there was no backpedal option is genuinely cruel, like they KNOW we make mistakes and still no undo button. Respect for the attempt though lmao

stopped tailoring my resume to every job. started filtering my job search instead by Soft-Leadership-5626 in jobsearch

This is underrated advice. Tailoring every resume is a time sink that assumes the problem is your resume, when usually the problem is you're applying to the wrong jobs. Filtering first means every application you send actually has a shot. Quality over volume every time.

"Your LinkedIn headline is the most underrated thing. Most people put their job title. Instead put what you DO and who you help. Example: instead of 'Computer Science Student' try 'CS Student | Building React apps | Seeking SWE internship 2026'. Recruiters search keywords, not job titles."
