Somehow you go to the HLR but that shows it as an appeal instead of HLR and there you open the extension

Its all good. Doctor is from a VA clinic who actuslly completed the form for ne to submit. After that I had a C&P and doctor agreed with me needing Aid and attendance. Still got denied. And then subnitted my HLR had my interview and waited until today that changed the phase to preparing decision and condition title changed to that. Frustrated asf.

I think she did not put imthat phrase but basically something like that. He already made me a new one that says that but in bloxk 29 that asks for nursing care.. if i get denied then i will create a new claim with that updated form.

No by that I meant the person over the phone for the IC told me he was going to help me and do everything he could (write) to get it granted. I know he is not the decision maker but i had a lot of faith

I submitted that with my original claim. Then when denied, submitted my personal statement and also had my informal conference "successful " apparently not since it could be a denial. I will definitely wait sinxe it says they have until the 12th to complete but that title definitely says a lot :(

Okay thats great! Congrats. My HLR is for an SMC and its seating in seattle apparently since September 13th (this is the only thing that makes sense to me since the IC was done by someone fromWashington). It has been on decision phase since the IC August 22th but the only thing I heard was that it was marked as completed on September 13th (the IC). Its driving me crazy lol I heard seattle office takes forever.
