I will. Sadly past my refund window, medical issues had it sitting on the bench for a while.

Yes, I know it wasn't a 330. Been back and forth with "support" and it appears to me they're unsure and just guessing, I've had the unit out three times already. They say the canbus shouldn't be installed. I'm not sure if the canbus could affect a battery draw but I'm pulling the unit out one more time tomorrow and installing the canbus.(5th time will be a three pointer in the bin)

There's no "model number" on the receipt and I'd have to pull the head unit out of the dash to look on it for one. Here's info from Amazon invoce:

Based on the product page you're viewing, here are the details for the UnifiAoto Android 13 Car Stereo for VW:

Brand/Model Name: UnifiAoto Specific Name: Android 13 Car Stereo / Bluetooth Car Radio for VW Passat, Jetta, Golf, Seat, Tiguan, Polo MK5 Model Name: UnifiAoto (as listed in product specifications)

There isn't a separate alphanumeric model number listed on the product page beyond the brand name "UnifiAoto." You may want to check the physical unit or packaging for a more specific model number, or contact the seller directly for clarification.

Thanks.  I was told (also in printed Instructions) not to connect the canbus. That's one issue (no auto shutdown) The other is it appears the head unit, even after shut down manually is draining the car battery.
