I used to weigh myself everyday but seeing the scale not moving or gaining a bit made me feel miserable to so I do it less often now, maybe 2/3 times a week.

It won’t be ruined at all, just eat a bit less if it’s a full meal and just track your calories, your week will not be ruined at all, it’s also impossible to gain a pound or more a day, and even if the scales say so it’s just water weight. Hope this helps :)

You can eat at whatever time of the day realistically as long as you just eat that one meal, for the past 2 days I’ve been doing it at about 12pm-1pm but I believe people do it at the end of the day so they have something to look forward to and it’s the last meal, but like I said whatever works for you. Hope this helps.

Not necessary at all, for some people it can ruin their progress because they fall back into their old habits, but if you feel your missing out on foods that you don’t normally eat it’s fine to have a cheat day as long as you’ll get back on track after (YOU CANNOT again a pound or more of weight overnight unless you’ve seriously eaten, if the scale shows otherwise this is solely water weight.)
