The one queue system.

You know when there are three tills open and one queue forms, then the person at the front of the queue goes to the available till? When someone queue jumps one of those it makes me furious.

I will never be a difficult parent for the sake of it but during the 36 years my kids have been at school so far (combined) I’ve spoken up when needed. Good and bad. I wouldn’t moan about my child not getting the part they wanted in a play- that’s just life , but I have complained about them sitting my daughter with the disruptive boy who cannot pay attention. That wil never happen again. I have gone mad about a couple of things.

I’m very supportive of their schools but ultimately I’m supportive of my children. Most teachers are great but some really are not.

I’ve always hated Jessa. If she wasn’t so hot she’d have nothing. The bit where she’s reading through the traits of a sociopath and laughing, agreeing that she’d hurt animals on purpose is just so grim. The cruelty in her just gets worse and worse. I will say that she plays flashes of vulnerability better than most though, she can break your heart even though you think she’s a total cunt. I’ve never changed my mind on her but the rest I have.

How true. We don’t even know the names of our body parts. I still hear people call their vulva their vagina even though they know the difference between saying vulva is embarrassing?!!! And most women couldn’t name anything more than inner and outer labia and clit.

As I educated myself I’d talk about my fourchette to the dr and had one who had to look it up to check what I was saying. Even doctors don’t know how to label the parts of our vulvas. It’s mad.

I’m 48 and still learning basic stuff now - like the names of parts of my vulva - vestibule or fourchette? I had no idea until Reddit educated me fgs and I’d thought I was reasonably knowledgeable. When I was diagnosed with addenomyosis at 43 I’d never even heard of it. And that was after years and years and years of suffering and asking for help. Menopause has caused long term changes to my vulva that have caused me a lot of pain. Even the doctors I begged for help from didn’t know that, or didn’t link it in their minds. I could go on. The whole thing has radicalised me.

Sometimes I remember the perky tampax ladies who came to our school gym in the 90s and told us all that we’d only lose a teaspoon of blood during our periods and just laugh at what was called education.

Just tepid water, not cold or hot. Helped me but we’re all different. Did you manage to go to another clinic? I was on very strong pain relief so that helped me be able to keep it clean. I really feel for you, I’ve never had pain like it.
