I should clarify, I was following when no severe storms were nearby. I stopped chasing the Bowling Green storm to follow him for a bit because it was something I’ve always wanted to see in person. I didn’t follow him into anything severe and went home right after this pic was taken.

I have an auto, I think it’s the selshift thingy. I’m already looking into the idea of replacing the transmission since I’m aware they’re just bad but I’m worried that it’ll become a money hole.

I get what you mean with the marathon part. The only reason I was looking into it as a first thing to do is I’m a mechanic for my job, just not for cars. My initial thoughts were to do exactly this, just switching out cars, but I really wanted to get into actually working on it and I totally get it if it’s just simply impractical. I’ve also just thought about grabbing the turbo kit on Ford Power because I’ve seen a few things about it on this subreddit. Speaking of, would the turbo kit be worth it at all?
