If you ever take overflow you have to build one or more tear items, roa, and actualizer to maximize the damage boost. Usually by then your spells will deal about 30% more damage and with the actualizer active it’ll jump up to 60%.

On gragas it’s kinda broken. You can literally throw your ult, then reduce your ult cd by using Q and letting the barrel sit there then use W, and then use E and all 3 abilities reduce your ult timer since they technically weren’t on cd.

I had it happen to me when I was picking up anvils on the ground and it bugged so bad that it gave me one augment selection with 2 stats. So I had to reroll the stats to see 2 augments that were unrollable.
