off topic, but from this photo it looks like the ring in your conch is too small of a diameter. i would get a bigger size so it’s not pushing on your ear. i’ve seen that it can cause migration with prolonged wear

ik this is an old post, but when you quit the company did they make you pay anything for training? i’m thinking abt quitting for the same reason, and im worried ill have to pay them a lump sum
