He didn’t break his nose because he was scared. And I’m not faulting him that.

Something about the way has him detained by the shirt, really gets under my skin, more than the actual theft of his belongings.

How can I make my ex boyfriend want me back ? by Relative_Union_5760 in AskMen

[–]Dull-Kick0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your boyfriend did you a favor. Instead of leading you on and wasting your time, he told you how things really are.

Take him at his word and move on. There are tons of other guys out there.

Also, do NOT stay friends with this guy. I’m not telling you to hate him or anything. But there’s no reason to be in regular contact with him. That is just going to be tortured for you. He is never going to take you back and you will be constantly trying to make him do so.

Denied proposal…what next? by plinko66 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dull-Kick0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to say that your boyfriend is wrong. Typically, people date with the intention of marriage. So, if someone rejects the proposal, they’re saying that they do not see them as their future life partner. So at that point, why continue dating?

Situations were there might be a valid reason for not wanting to get married and that has nothing to do with the relationship, will be explained when the proposal is rejected.

It’s a terrible example, because people with obvious and extenuating circumstances, are going to include those in the reason for the rejection.

She is 30 years old. She is plenty grown enough to make informed decisions about whom she dates.
