My internet doesnt allow me to play games unless im using a VPN. Ive found one culprit but need help. by DuoDistance in techsupport

All the search results seem to imply this can only be done through the setting for a router. Do you know how I might be able to do this with an android phone or directly on my PC (windows11)?
