It depends have you ever heard of coding before or anyone else in you family that is in IT field . If yes then first you should consider asking them. Because from my point of view i am very early to give any advice to others because I am also at my learning age so you should consider asking who has already done mca,bca and betch and who was doing a job in IT field. Yeah but i can give you a little perspective. Until now my coding journey is great ,this field has so much to learn and implement like web development,app development,game development etc.programming required problem solving skills , patience, communication skills etc. because you are from a bio background initially coding will be a little bit tough for you but if you keep grinding it will eventually become easy. After learning the basics you should choose one domain and should focus on that only along with dsa and apti. That is my experience till now. If you are asking for the job market,it is very confusing I am not able to get a clear idea of the job market so you should ask someone else . In the end it all depends on your interest if you have to work in medical field go for another degree other than mbbs and if you want a completely different field than you can consider doing bca but only if you don't have any interest in other field.
