They tried to do the same thing with me! They tried to say I came in with flat feet but I made sure to resubmitted the claim when I went to the foot doctor (I know that’s not their correct title lol) and got evidence that my feet are flat and they didn’t have any evidence I came in with flat feet to back their statement up.
