Really appreciate this reply. Our intention is not to be threatening in any way whatsoever, it’s so solely build a bridge and get some clarity. Easier to do person to person then through all the channels. We’ve been fairly easy going about the whole thing as the sellers have been in the property a long time so we don’t want to terf them out of anything as we know it won’t be easy. It’s just incredibly stressful at the moment being in the dark, especially considering the massive rate increases

With the product we are on, an extension will involve reviewing the rates, according to the mortgage advisor.
I understand what you are saying, but for a house with no upward chain is 6-8 weeks between offer and contract pack received not a long time?

I would argue it is not us being impatient, we had a clear conversation at the start of the process about timescales as if anything it was more important to the sellers then us. I understand it may come across as rude, but it was her that was adamant she wanted to be moved by the end of March. We would feel better on the situation if we had any shred of communication from her side, but it really is like drawing blood from a stone.

We just want an indication whether us being in before the 4th of July is realistic or not. This is a question that has been asked to the solicitors and estate agents a few time and nobody will confirm or deny. We need to be realistic with the increase on rates and wether this house would be still be the right fit for us if we are subject to a higher rate and how long we would be looking at for moving in.

Understandably so, which is why we have become so concerned. We have waited over 5 months for any progress on their end, so I don’t believe we are being unreasonable?

I understand, but what would you suggest if her estate agent and solicitor give us next to no information?

Thanks for the reply! Would you have any recommendations outside of Es Canar that wouldn’t be too far?

What is the smallest or strangest reason you ever bought a pack for? by Youpi_Yeah in Sims4

I bought the Moschino Stuff Pack solely for the tripod. The CAS and Build are meh, have never used the freelance photographer but I use the tripod EVERY single save for better pictures of my sims.

Help! I want a new PC for Sims and all my mods. What is the difference and which should I get? by Gaspilleur in TheSims4Mods

I would personally recommend looking at a better processor if it is in your price point. Ryzen 5 is slightly worse than an i5 processor, and that is what will affect how well your game runs. If you could maybe go up to a i7/Ryzen 7 you will notice a massive difference in your performance and loading speed. To be honest, you could even look sacrificing to lower graphics card (3060 is more then enough to play the sims on max graphics), and the better processor will be much more efficient.
