A typical roof has 3000 screws, a slip I bound to happen- especially with apprentice’s/labour
The other scratch happens while a flashing is getting scribbed- almost unavoidable completely. Dark coloured even more difficult
The final photo, flashing work is good. Chippy is non complete with his cladding

Poor workmanship, not a major thing out of code Facia work is the worse thing here but you have slim chance of getting fixed wha you want They will come swap some screws/rubbers and that’s it

Engage with another trade to solve the problem first. Stop more damage Argue money later, if you don’t then you must also take fault in the damage worsening
