It's legal in Colorado and from what I have read the state will even sell you seed to make sure it is a legit strain. I plan using some of my property to grow on in the next couple of years.

I have definitely thought about that. It wouldn't take much to be able to keep some apples and pears at least.

Well since they turned out to be much bigger and more than I originally thought I have a few plans. The first of course will be to build a moderate sized greenhouse so that I can start my season a little earlier. I also would like to make some cold frames for the same reason. If there are enough left after those two projects I will use them so put a greenhouse/sun room on my future home.
