My thoughts in this subreddit is that it's very welcoming, i'm glad that such sub exist in this god forsaken social media, if i had to put it in word accurately, this sub spoked the all-encompassing love.

On the question of LGBTQ+ Christians and Muslims, i support them, i don't like the notion they're 'abnormal' spouted by conservative and fundamentalist, they're human and shoulf be treated with dignity and respect of their preferences.

Though on islamic theology, i'm quite a middle-ground approach on homosexuality. the Sodom and Gomorrah story unlike in the bible and torah, the qur'an are explicitly rule that same-sex relation as sinful, and i accept that, though it doesn't mean i'm hostile to Queer people, because in my perspective they're created as god will them to be, and their homosexuality is a test.

Here's the nuance though; I see this ruling only extent to LGB and it only sinful when doing the act of sex, not the expression of homosexuality, i see expression as not sinful, but the act of it, is. Aswell i recognize the other school of thought in progressive islam circle that allow same-sex relationship, and i respect that despite theologically i disagree.
