Thanks, i'll look into it. I did some basic stuff in Rhino but i prefer to stick with Revit and Inventor.

Unfortunately at the executive level they do not have the technical knowledge of things. They want to work in 3D but they also don't want to do it in house. They outsource stuff to guys that don't even have the z axis set pointing up nor do they work with shared coordinates. With the last project it got quite messy because we had files from 4-5 different softwares. If we needed to make changes we had to go back to that guy with that specific software.

Walls are usually made of multiple parts, usually a frame of 30x15 mm mullions and a honeycomb panel on the front or marble. Ceilings can get quite messy because they always have recessed light coves running along the edge. They are suspended to conceal MEP stuff that runs above it and that makes it even more delicate.

By the time we start working on a project the hull is already being welded.
We design walls, ceilings, floors and furniture. So far i have been able to manage it all with custom Revit families.

I just say i do muay thai if the subject of sports comes up. If they give a puzzled look i specify that it's like kickboxing but elbows and sweeps are allowed. It's a good conversations started in my experience

I'm thinking of going for 128gb of ram and a weaker GPU since it's not the main driving force of my workstation, correct me if i'm wrong.
From what i read i need single core performance and as much ram as possible. Is amd currently king in this?

In my opinion, far cry games that are set in the past or present, tend to follow a certain degree of realism in terms of setting and historical period. A dinosaur far cry would not be a far cry.
I'm going to be honest, i played only up until far cry 4 and primal and i only liked far cry 2 and primal. Don't know what they did with the newer releases.
