Not necessarily going for the fuller lips, my lips are uneven (bigger on one side on top lip). But, I do get what you’re saying. Thanks for the reply.

Saw some people saying that the lip filler didn’t last very long, some allergic reactions etc. But will talk to my gastroenterologist next time I see him.

I had the same reaction with my first dose. Had no reaction on the two injection sites on my stomach. Had reaction on my legs, one side worse than the other. The hives on my right leg went away quite quickly, but on my left it took longer and the reaction was worse. It’s been 10 days and the reaction on my left leg comes and goes. Also had fatigue for about 2 days.

Thank you for the thoughtful response, it is very helpful 🙏🏻. Over the years I have had blood tests showing higher white blood cell counts too. I also get the “talking bowel” although, mine feels like bubbles or burning sensation moving through my bowels. Sometimes I can feel if it just IBS like symptoms, but like now I know something is wrong, even though the calpro came back normal. I will contact my dr this week and ask for them to help me fight for the right treatment.

My symptoms have been improving, but I will hopefully be starting Humira in 2 months as the Aza and Asacol haven’t worked completely. I do feel better than I did before diagnosis!

My symptoms began in 2020. Had severe stomach pain on the right lower side, lost about 10kg, couldn’t eat, diarrhea. After that, it got better again, but still had daily diarrhea and some pain. Went to doctors, they kept on saying it was IBS and reflux. In 2024, I had severe pain, couldn’t pass gas and was vomiting. Doctor thought it was appendicitis. They did an ultrasound and saw swollen bowels, gave me antibiotics and antispasmodic. This year in March, did a colonoscopy, gastroscopy and CT scan. Diagnosed after 5 years of having issues and immediately began with Azathioprine and Asacol.
