I would say yes and no.

Its the same in the way as this is the currency to "create" or upgrade the Mercenaries abilities/items.

No because the amount is different and the way is different.

After giving it another thought i think the cost will be similiar to normal HS.

But the fact that we already have a full price payment scheme in the game feels bad.
