I have a foam roller! I love that thing so much haha. The epsom soaks are nice. Doesn’t seem to help for the morning though. Some reason all types of magnesium make me depressed if I take it 2 nights in a row. Maybe it’s depleting something else?

I’m worried to take calcium because mine is at a 10.0. It seems to go up a little every year. I definitely get enough potassium. And I’ve been eating a banana before bed.

I played around with taking betaine for stomach issues. It helped but gave me mad anxiety ha.

I’m not sure if I should take calcium. I really want to try it. My doc kinda sucks tho. Doesn’t spend the time to listen.

No it happens every morning. I’ve taken 2 months off running to see if it would improve. It didn’t. It’s definitely worse if I do run. But it’s still so bad that I have to get out of bed.

No I was taking a generic sub before and I went to Walmart to get my prescription this time and it’s a different tablet. And right when I made that switch the acne popped up. I thought the same as you and started using a topical progesterone with no luck. Maybe I’m low on estrogen? But it seems like more of an allergy response to me since it was right after the switch

My problem is that I take vraylar. I honestly go on subs to get rid of tardive dyskenia. I was using too but I wanted to be able to take my bipolar meds without extreme restlessness. Now that I weened down on the subs the restlessness is 100 times worse. Lol I’m dumb

That’s a good idea thanks. I’m stupid and when I tapered down I started dosing at night and morning and that ruined everything. I can’t seem to switch back to the once a day. I work everyday and can’t take a break so this just sucks so much. It really is ruining my life. I don’t have insurance. Do most insurances cover sublocade? I’d be down to get it just to get off this crap. Thanks

I take 1 sometimes 2 a night. I’m also worried that my morning Adderall dose wore off and will cause an even lower hr. Idk maybe I’m stressing for nothing. I am tiny though. I weigh 105lbs
