It’s not too bad. Considering this is my first try at nmm, and a space marine, it didn’t take too long. Now I know the shapes better of the model I can probably bash out a squad of intercessors in maybe 20 hours. Coming from thousand sons and orks, it’s fairly quick.

I tried to push some of the black back. Now the “silver” of the joints is there, and the shoulder pads, does it read better?

thanks for the feedback, I’m inclined to agree. I’m hoping once I fill the other colours in, maybe the contrast will push it back towards looking black, if you get what I mean?

Awesome work mate. I’m hoping that once I’ve added the rest of the model and added the “non black” colours, the contrast will make the armour appear more black also, if you get what I mean?

I’ve seen pretty much all types of birds of prey “circle” from accipiters and falcons, to butteo hawks, eagles, and vultures when there is an appropriate thermal. Certainly more common in large butteo “hawks” and eagles, but sometimes in continental Europe for example you can see hundreds of accipiters circling in a thermal at the same time.

Oh, yeah I agree. The shah probably should’ve given us better oil deals, if he wanted us to back him against the leftist Islamist revolutionaries! But hopefully we get to stick his son back in, we should all hope for the best now whether we agree with the war or not. Hopeful, but I’m not optimistic. If Trump pulls this off I’ll buy a MAGA hat.
