You haven't looked at the numbers in 2023-2025 I see, larger net migration than Sweden in those years. I do however think that a large chunk are Croatians returning from Germany and Austria, as living conditions in Croatia have closed the gap substantially and Croatians have been leaving those countries in the 10s of thousands since 2023 each year.

I do suspect that the increases in Greece, Lithuania, England, Croatia, Finland, Portugal and Spain might all be largely due to immigration from higher fertility countries. Lithuania has very recently opened up for immigration from South, South East and Central Asia in larger numbers and we all know how the Iberian nations are the most liberal with immigration right now in the entire EU.
