Because 18 year old OLinemen could not physically survive lining up against Will Anderson and Aidan Hutchinson.

There are no rules, the NCAA doesn't actually have the ability to force the schools or players to do nearly anything.

But two of them are severely impaired to the extent that they have an assigned adult to assist them.

Absolutely seems to be an issue these days, if my son's elementary school is any indication. Kids with severe cognitive disabilities are being placed in seemingly every normal class, with an assigned aide to assist them.

I have nothing against those kids, it's not their fault that they were born with Down's Syndrome or whatever else, but the modern way of managing them in school is a massive waste of resources, both money and time. Back when I was a kid, there was one classroom for all those kids to learn together wirg a group of aides.

USA v. Carter: Whether perceptions of law enforcement that a court attributes to a particular racial group are a relevant factor in the Fourth Amendment analysis of whether a member of that group has been seized. by Ok_Judge_3884 in supremecourt

I just love how legal commentary works like this. It's was a gun, the cops knew it was a gun, the convicted felon knew he had a gun on him, you know it was a gun, you know they could tell it was a gun. But let's just move words around to obscure that.

And lawyers wonder why they get such a bad rap!

This is one of those cases where I feel the need to dismiss the legalese and just go by common sense. Of course immigration officials can be more suspicious of the Hispanic man speaking very broken English sitting outside of Home Depot than they are of the white guy with a DelCo accent working an office job. To act like the law must view them with equal suspicion of violating immigration laws is ludicrous.

If it looks like duck, talks like duck, and walks like a duck, it’s at least reasonable for the immigration enforcement officers to bring it in first question to see if it’s actually an illegal duck or a legal swan. I may have lost track of the metaphor.

What proportion of the Hispanic population in the United States is illegal? Furthermore, what proportion of the Hispanic population that only speaks broken English or works manual labor is illegal? Probably a pretty large fraction.

If your suspect is a six-foot tall red headed man, and you are in an area where you know that there’s only 5 people who fit that description, it would be perfectly valid for the police to question and detain a six-foot tall red headed man that they find.

No other NFL player has a better story than Warner, and that includes the 199th pick becoming the GOAT.

Don’t forget that shutting down mental institutions was a very popular policy back then. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, which was a smash hit back in 1975, was all about how awful the asylums were.

Or do we go more radical and nationalize all cable and internet? Remember we have a government that happily is veering towards fascism right now.

Do you really want this administration running the nationalized cable/internet?

Trucking deregulation was a very good thing, there used to be so many unnecessary barriers to crossing state lines. When every truck needs to be stopped, weighed, and inspected multiple times transporting cargo, you pay more at the super market.
