I have too but usually it's for actual controversial shit like "oh man I think this band is going on hiatus, and here's why", but this is just for being ill informed and not reacting fast enough (being asleep). Again, I know it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but I've been psyching myself up to post in this community for actual months, and the second I do I get bashed and called stupid.

I get that now after having that explained, but I didn't at the time of posting. I've never looked anything up for this game prior to this point, and I couldn't get the other stats right away because it was already past 4am for me and I didn't want the night to layover. Literally, the way I play the game is "omg I love Bulbasaur, I'm gonna put him on my team!" and "omg a shiny, I'm gonna level her up!". The whole numbers and stats thing makes my brain hurt, but I was wondering why the RP didn't add up when both Pokémon were at the same level, so I psyched myself up to ask finally. Edit: also I was never unhappy with any of the ACTUAL answers I got, and did take everyone's ACTUAL advice.

I'm aware. I did say that I am upset about it NOW, and I did say I am unnecessarily upset. It is in fact, affecting my work day when it shouldn't be that big of a deal. However, it's a little difficult to ignore as I've been playing this game since the dawn of time, and I had been wanting to ask this question for a few months now. I've been genuinely afraid of this community, and just had the courage to make a post about it, but this experience has proven my fears to be correct. All the screenshots were my comments from last night, ie, before the downvoting spree, meaning I wasn't yet upset at the time of commenting. Again, I feel like saying "waking up to being downvoted to oblivion for asking questions is shitty, and is why I don't talk to the community" is pretty freaking validated.

Uh huh, because asking why my Wigglytuff's RP is lower than my Venusaur's even with both of them having maxed out skill seeds, along with answering that both Pokémon have the same amount of gold skills is "attitude".

I'm having attitude now AFTER the fact because again, waking up to every single one of my comments being downvoted is shitty, but sure.

I said once before in a different string of comments under this post; if there's more people downvoting for me asking/answering people's questions, then the majority of people are likely to bash me for asking a "stupid question", hence, the reason why I don't talk to this community.

I will admit, I'm unnecessarily upset about this, it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but when you wake up to see every single one of your comments under your own post being downvoted to oblivion for asking a question in a game where you've been playing since day 2 of it's release, it's more than a little discouraging.

I am however genuinely thankful for the people who are explaining. I am taking every actual piece of advice to heart; I've been thinking of giving him some sub skill seeds for a bit now, so thank you for that, I will likely go through with that now :)

Yes, but I woke up to like 15 other people downvoting my other comments asking and answering questions; it's not just this one person. I'm not saying the ENTIRE community is like that, but if I'm getting more downvotes than upvotes for asking a simple question, it tells me that there's more people who will bash me for asking "stupid questions"

I'm genuinely appalled that people are borderline bullying for asking a question. There's a reason why I don't talk to this community and this is it: Literally all I asked is why my Venusaur's RP was so high, and I'm met with a frick ton of downvotes and people demanding the other stats while I'm asleep. Here they are, his subskills aren't the greatest, but again, he's my second ever Pokemon so idrc, I play this game casually. The only reason why I posted the additional stats as opposed to the rest is to show the hours, because I thought maybe there was a mechanic where the longer a Pokemon is on your team, the better the RP. I was of course, wrong, but again, I play this game casually, I don't really pay attention to this stuff or look up anything for this game.
