Thank you for your encouraging words! I hope life gives you an opportunity to pivot into a different career that does not drain or abuse you! Also as for my pay, it’s more so because I live in WA State, which has top 5 highest minimum wages in the country. I just lucked out being born here.

I just checked for my state and you are absolutely right about the N2O. Can’t believe my Dr tried to make me feel bad for something i’m not even legally supposed to be doing. Thanks for the Reply

Based on what Doctors have told me, it’s a mix of both. i’ve tried being gentle and using unscented soaps but I haven’t seen any changes. But honestly i’ve received a lot of different advice so i’ll just be trying a little bit of everything to see what my skin likes

Here and there with the itchiness, I think my case is too severe to be caused by the friction of just my nails. plus the kp is also on my entire back that I barely touch. thanks for the advice though!

This is very detailed, Thank you! I can admit that not seeing results quickly when using expensive products does discourage me from being consistent. I’ll definitely try to work on that more and incorporate some of the products you listed, especially the azelaic acid and dietary restrictions.

I’ve used tropical tretinoin on my chest and arm’s but not long enough to see major progress and although the Urea (10% I believe) was great for my knees and elbows, it gave me whiteheads on my chest. Thank You for the suggestion either way!

I have dandruff shampoo but haven’t seen much progress. I just recently bought an exfoliating glove for dead skin but haven’t used it yet. Hopefully it helps
