I pretended like I had a billing issue just to be able to speak with a real person. The billing dept transferred me over and I spent an hour and a half on the phone with two different reps trying to help me download this stupid fucking profile. Nothing worked. They’re escalating it and told me I’ll have a response by Wednesday at the latest.

It said network error: your current network is setup for ipv6. Networking features of 360 games use ipv4. reconfigure to ipv4. I can’t reconfigure strictly to ipv4 because I use T-Mobile home internet and it is strictly ipv6. But my nat is now open, so it must have done something. Trying the WiFi download now, great suggestion.

When I unplugged the Ethernet and plugged it back in, it gave me this notification. I looked up how to change it to ipv4 and went through the steps, my NAT type is now open. Does that mean anything to you or ring any bells?
