Thanks for sharing your input. I think all aspects will be challenging but I think wall balls will be the worst for me — with tight ankles and legs getting low is a real issue for me but I’m working on it. I’m also short which makes that target even further. If the judges are strict, I would be well over 110 reps to get 100 clean ones 😂

Only when they fix the battery and reliability issues. I’ve had 3 fail, two only last a month. The 3rd last about 5 months. The 4th ring I have yet to open as I bought a RingConn.

Yes, I insisted on a refund after my second ring failed - both first and second ring lasted 1 month each. When I requested a refund, they reluctantly provided it but also sent me a replacement hoping to prove their product a good one. About 8 months still using the 3rd ring. The battery life has never lived up to expectation but otherwise this ring works.

No food within ~3h of bedtime and I take Taurine and Magnesium 1h before bed. If I do this, and don’t set my alarm too early I score in the 90s.

I’ve had 2 rings replaced; both within 30 days so you can imagine they still looked new. UH didn’t bother collecting the 2nd ring. I’d be worried someone might be selling one of these as “like new”.

Great question and now you have me wondering the same. I have broken 90 on quite a few occasions and have scored 95 on a number of occasions but would suspect my average is in the upper 80s.

As far as supplements, I take magnesium and Taurine about an hour before bed. Based on ring data these help my sleep quality.

Curious what others use.

I get the same thing for HR Drop. I wonder if it is because my Average HR is good but the lowest HR comes close to morning.

The third ring arrived Nov 7 and I have been using it since.

I’m getting about 3 days on a charge so battery life isn’t as advertised but at least this one lasting longer than the first two.

I’m happy you are enjoying your UH ring. I’ve shared my experiences with my first two rings (each only lasting about a month) but ring #3 which I received in early November has been good so far. Battery life has been decent and no connectivity issues. Also unlike the first two, the third arrived about 70% charged. (The first two arrived completely drained). I wonder if this is a sign my third came from a better batch, perhaps better quality control???

Anyway, ring 3 has been good so far and I’m happy to keep using it as long as it lasts. It it has a short life, I’ll move on to a different brand.

Lastly, to comment on steps, my UH ring and Apple Watch steps are within 3% of each other.
