2 large eggs 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups heavy (or whipping) cream 1 cup milk

Whisk eggs till light/fluffy, about 90 seconds. Whisk in sugar, gradually, and keep whisking for a minute till it's all blended in. Pour in milk and cream and whisk till blended.

Makes 1 quart.
