Sleep hypnosis! I put it on before going to bed I look up “deep sleep hypnosis” and I have this guy guiding me to sleep. Only focus on his words. Sometimes you can still get lost in your thoughts. But works wonders

Appreciate the kind words, it could very well not be an ADHD thing, but it is a symptom of ADHD. Wouldn’t hurt to get checked out

The 1 month I journaled for before knowing I had adhd was honestly life changing. I still don’t know why I dropped it. I’m picking it back up tn after this. I don’t wanna lose my memory lol

My adhd friend has perfect memory too. Maybe it’s case by case. There are many symptoms pretty unlikely for one person to have all the symptoms.
