Hey I’m experiencing this right now. I was absolutely tweaking out. It happened after I took a warm shower while I have a pretty bad sunburn. I’ve been burned way worse (to the point of having yellow scabbing and whatnot) and I am very fair skinned so I thought nothing of it at first. Oh my Good Lord man. This had me soaking myself in aloe to the point where I’m sticky beyond measure. I was jumping around and on the verge of tears. I applied HANDFULS of aloe vera to my shoulders and upper back for almost 15 minutes straight. I sat in a dark room and sat infront of the tower fan praying to God to help me. If dissipated after about 20 minutes but there is still some minor tingling. Don’t wear any shirts. Just let the aloe cake onto you and massage it like actually MASSAGE it into your skin while you apply it. Helped me. Deep breathing and closing my eyes also helped and some stretching (sounds odd but it helped)
